Start by adding in your names to gauge the number of guests you're expecting. Once you've finalized your list, you can always go back to add addresses. Utilize an A list and B list if necessary.

• Select couple's wedding attire. - Due 2/20

• Complete honeymoon tasks on your checklist. - Due 2/20

• Schedule engagement photo session, if desired. - Due 2/20

• Review invitations samples + order - Due 4/22

• Attend Final Details Meeting - Due 4/22

• Schedule fittings and alterations appointments based on availability and delivery for couple and wedding party. - Due 4/22

• Select couple accessories (i.e. lingerie, jewelry, veil, garter, cufflinks, pocket square, tie, etc.), and shoes - Due 4/22

• Discuss and decide on general ceremony preferences. - Due 4/22

• Consider including ushers, readers, soloists, unity items, etc. - Due 4/22

• Review marriage license and any requirements for the location of your wedding. Determine witnesses, if required. - Due 4/22

• Select favors and determine packaging, presentation and placement at the reception. - Due 4/22

• Begin taking dancing lessons. - Due 4/22

• Add additional rooms to your hotel block if needed. - Due 4/22
